AVK приобретает TEC artec GmbH

AVK acquires TEC artec GmbH

With effect from 17 August 2012, the AVK Group has acquired the assets and activities of the company of TEC artec valves GmbH & Co. KG, with headquarters in Oranienburg, Germany. The company will continue its activities under the name of TEC artec GmbH.

TEC artec manufactures and sells a range of high-performance valves and systems for pressure and temperature control of steam and gas for power plants and other industrial applications, high-pressure gas valves and valves for district heating.

The purchase of TEC artec GmbH will strengthen the AVK Group's product offer for the gas market with its high-pressure gas valves, and it will furthermore strengthen the AVK Group's presence in the industrial valve market.

The former managing director of TEC artec valves GmbH & Co. KG, Mr Gerhard Seewald, will continue as managing director for TEC artec GmbH.
